Lovely Scenic Cabin to Rest & Enjoy Nature!

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was very comfortable, nicely decorated and supplied, with beautiful mountain views and everything we needed for our stay! The host was very hospitable and kind. Great location, only a short drive into the town of West Yellowstone and surrounding attractions. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after long hikes! Great experience in a lovely cabin to rest and enjoy nature!

Great spot just west of Yellowstone!

We really enjoyed our time in this house! It was my husband, myself, our 4 kids, and my parents and we all had plenty of room! The details and decorations in this home are perfect, the beds were very comfortable, and the washer/dryer was great in the midst of our 2 week trip! The kitchen was fantastic, we cooked a few meals there and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed spending our evenings in the hot tub and star gazing out back in the peace and quiet. Overall, a fantastic stay and no improvements that I can think of. :)

Cozy quintessential Montana cabin feel

Loved the classic western feel of this awesome house, the hot tub, open design, and all the comforts of home. Clean, comfy beds, quiet, private. Gorgeous sunsets and vistas from all rooms. Would stay again!

Stunning cabin, even bigger and better than it looks!

We had a wonderful stay at the Mountain View Lodge, using it as a base camp for our Yellowstone and other area adventures. The home looks a bit ordinary from the outside compared to others we drove past along the way, but everything changed when we stepped inside to a bright, open, airy and clean home. It was fantastic with beautiful floors, furnishings and views of the Idaho mountains and plains. We took advantage of the hot tub and grill, both of which were easy to operate and clean. An added bonus was being able to watch the Perseid meteor shower from the backyard. Simply stunning! We appreciated staying outside of the uber-touristy West Yellowstone for the same price point. We also greatly appreciated both the use of the hi-res camera and bear spray! We would not hesitate to stay at the Mountain Lodge Cabin again.

As cozy as home

The location is excellent, and the cabin itself is as cute and cozy as can be. The balance between rustic cabin decor and all of the luxuries of modern living made for a trip as comfortable as being at home (with a much better view!). No convenience was spared in the furnished kitchen, and the hot tub makes for a fantastic way to end a long day exploring Yellowstone (only 15 minutes away, btw). The host, Kristina, was attentive and helpful, and I would rent this cabin again, hands down!

Nice Cabin in Great Location

We stayed 4 nights at this property while visiting Yellowstone park. The property is only about 15 minutes from the park entrance and outside of West Yellowstone. The cabin was well taken care of and had all the amenities we needed. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The kids loved staying up in the loft and having their own space. Having air conditioning was nice because there was a bit of a heat waive through the area. The cabin is near thr highway but it really don’t bother us much at all. We couldn’t hear any cars during the night. It didn’t impact the beautiful views and we saw wildlife all around with deer right outside our doorsteps. We were very pleased with the rental and lucky times have found it . We would definitely rent here again.

Just what we needed!

I can't believe how perfect this home was for our traveling group that included my 81 year old mom down to my 10 year old son. We had plenty of room to unwind and relax, an amazingly stocked kitchen to prepare meals (sharper knives than I have at home!), and a beautiful backyard full of wildflowers and birds!

Really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! Clean, well stocked, a little farther from West Yellowstone which was perfect for our family. Escaped some of the madness! The back porch, fireplace and view were perfect!

Perfect Base Camp

This cabin was a perfect Base Camp for all of our adventures to Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and the surrounding Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho areas. It is a beautiful cabin, well stocked, roomy, comfortable, and CLEAN. We loved every minute of our stay and are sad to have to go home. Would definitely recommend!!
