This is the sixth year we have been coming to Henrys lake for a fishing trip. This was the best accommodations by FAR! The host was amazing, the location and amenities were excellent! Thank you Rozalynn for sharing your home with us!

Yellow stone family trip

It’s a very nice place. The views is one of the best ones around. Enjoy the place even seen a mule deer walking across the front yard.

Great view, great property! Would be nice for larger parties to have another bathroom, but still the place can’t be beat. We love staying here.

Beautiful location & close to many local attractions! Elk in the backyard and fish in the pond.We ran out of toilet paper, not enough wash cloths or towels for all so had to do laundry a couple times which is pretty minor in the scheme of things. Thank for the memories

Awesome place!!

We had a wonderful reunion vacation with our family of 8 from other states! Plenty of room for the eight of us. I would only say that if there were more people, it would have been a little more difficult with only three bathrooms. But awesome views and a beautiful place to stay! Can’t wait to book again for another time!

Amazing home and location

This property has it all! The views are breathtaking. The house itself is clean, in good condition, well stocked, and surrounded by so much wildlife. It had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed walking around the property and soaking up the views. The pond was stocked with fish and we were lucky enough to catch a few. Perfect spot to go to Yellowstone. We hope to return!

Beautiful

This was a spectacular place for us! The house is equipped with anything you need and plenty of space for all 12 of us. The views are stunning! It’s in an excellent location for Yellowstone and all of the surrounding activities. We enjoyed hiking, fishing, Yellowstone, white water rafting, horseback riding and a rodeo. So much laughter and so many memories made here. Thank you for all of your hospitality.

Wonderful Stay!

The property and home were both just amazing! They outdoor deck/s were perfect, enjoyed quite a bit of time there! The owner understands that the little things can make all the difference! For example, they had laundry detergent available which is much appreciated when traveling. Also available were baggies, some condiments and some things that are hard to travel with or you just forget to purchase but really need. Owner was very timely in all communications which was just great! Would definitely stay again.

Something for Everyone

Pictures don’t do justice here, absolutely breathtaking views all around! We came to visit Yellowstone and of course that was incredible but the entire family had the best times just hanging out at the property. There were lawn games, we caught fresh trout in the private pond, (delicious BBQ) the pool table was a big hit and so many cozy places to just sit and enjoy the views. Would definitely come again and would recommend 100%

Spacious Family Home

Had a wonderful stay with family at Valhalla! Although we only stayed for four nights, we had a great time, cooking meals in the spacious kitchen and playing games on the front lawn. We also caught a few trout in the small pond! We drove into Yellowstone a couple of days and stocked up on supplies in West Yellowstone. Enjoyed great birdwatching from the expansive deck and the lake view of course never gets old. After hearing the elk bugle here and there for a few days, we finally got to watch a herd on the mountains behind the house. The property is a lovely respite and worth the little extra time to stay outside the park and be able to do your own cooking and laundry! If you have a big group that wants to stick together with accommodations —Valhalla is for you!

Valhalla, heaven indeed!

Wow! This home and its surrounding beauty left my family and I in awe. Pictures can't capture how truly beautiful it is. A trip to Yellowstone National Park led us to booking this property since it is only 14 miles from the West Gate/Entrance. All the comforts of home away from home. We had a great time bonding and taking in the breath taking sceneries/landscape of this home. We even saw some mule deer in backyard. We had such a great time that we plan on returning.

The Most Amazing Place at Yellowstone

We absolutely loved staying at Valhalla. The property and house are absolutely beautiful. The view was stunning. It was close to Yellowstone and the things we wanted to do. Our kids had a blast with the games and activities in the house. The house was equipped with every possible thing you could need for cooking. Cellular reception worked well. The property owner/manager Rosalyn was very helpful and accommodating. Honestly our experience at Valhalla was as perfect of an experience as anyone could expect. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend Valhalla to anyone that is looking for an amazing place to stay near Yellowstone.

a little bit of heaven

we were a family of 10 including 4 under the age of 10. House set up perfectly as did the surrounding yard and area. All meals were prepared and eaten on premises. We did purchase our food in Idaho Falls which had a wider selection. We were thankful of having such a nice home to stay as Y'stone was closed for most of our time. Another reminder of planning for the unplanned events.
