THE SPACE

Welcome to The Lighthouse, a well-appointed Islamorada vacation rental located in the gated Peaceful Palms oceanfront community. Positioned as the second villa from the water, this Florida Keys vacation home offers beautiful ocean views throughout, multiple levels of living space, and a newly renovated artistic game room designed for entertainment and downtime.

The first floor features the game lounge area, along with a full bathroom conveniently located nearby. This level is designed for both fun and function, giving guests a separate space to enjoy the game room while still having easy bathroom access.

The second floor main living area is open and easy to navigate, with a natural flow between the kitchen and living space. The kitchen offers counter seating for six, while the balcony just off the living room features ocean views, a dining table for six, and an additional couch and chair conversation area, creating a comfortable setting for meals or time outside.

The bedroom layout is thoughtfully arranged across levels. The second-floor guest bedroom includes a bunk bed with trundle and is located next to a full bathroom. On the third floor, both bedrooms offer added privacy with ensuite bathrooms. The primary suite features a king-size bed, desk with chair, ocean views, and private balcony access. The primary balcony includes a large lounger bed for two, plus two comfortable chairs. The additional third-floor guest bedroom features a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom.

This artistic space features a pool table/ping pong converting table, a 98-inch TV with 7-speaker Dolby surround sound, a sofa bed, basketball setup with two hoops, workout bench, free weights and fitness equipment, small golf putting strip, and a high-top table for two, and full bathroom. The game room also includes vintage arcade machines, including Centipede Atari and Mortal Kombat, along with a custom lighthouse mural on the wall. The ocean-inspired flooring adds a unique, creative feel that ties into the home's name.

The Lighthouse also features a ground floor bonus outdoor dining table & 3 paddle boards!

Guests can enjoy the community pool and oceanfront dock area, along with easy access to the water for boating and enjoying the Florida Keys setting.

⚠️ IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

Boat Dockage Information:
-Complimentary boat dockage is available, subject to availability. Dockage is limited, and we recommend reserving dockage upon booking. The dock is not in a protected marina and is subject to weather conditions.
-We can accommodate boats up to 24'. Contact us to confirm if the dock can accommodate your boat.
-No trailer storage on-site
-No boat ramp on-site

Dockage is provided at no additional charge, on an as-is, unguaranteed basis. Water depth at the dock is affected by tides, seasonal algae growth, and other natural conditions beyond our control. Some guests have been unable to dock their boats due to these conditions, and we cannot guarantee that any particular boat will be able to dock safely at any given time. No refunds or cancellations will be issued due to an inability to dock. Should this occur, we will provide third party solutions, however Newman Hospitality is not liable for any inability to dock, for any damage resulting from attempted docking, or any additional costs of docking elsewhere.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Peaceful Palms is a private, gated residential community. To ensure a great experience for all guests and neighbors, parties and events are not permitted, quiet hours are enforced, and parking is limited to 1 designated space per villa, and additional parking outside the community gate (see photos for details). Additional community guidelines will be shared prior to arrival.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
*All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.
- Minimum rental age is 25. A valid photo ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
- An accurate guest count must be provided.
- NO PETS allowed.
- No parties or events. Unauthorized guests on property will result in fees and/or immediate eviction.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000

Starter Supplies
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings
Same-day bookings require company approval. Guests must provide information about their group and purpose of stay. If approved, a government-issued ID is required for verification. Your phone number must match the phone number registered on your account, or your reservation cannot be honored.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. All same-day bookings require a minimum of 3 hours before check-in, and check-in may be extended later than 4:00 PM.

Release of Liability for Recreational Equipment
Paddle boards, game room equipment, arcade games, fitness equipment, common areas, and other recreational items are provided for guest enjoyment and are used at the guest's own risk. The property management company and owners are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses related to their use.
