The location on the water was beautiful but I was disappointed in the property. The rooms were clean but dated. We had a door adjoining us to another unit where there was another family that were extremely noisy until almost midnight. The sound thru the door was very disturbing. The room needed updating and the building trim needed paint and the pool walls needed a good scrubbing. Sub par for a Wyndham property at the high nightly rates.

Hotel is in middle of a remodel. Our room (while clean, newly remodeled, excellent water view and well located on 2nd floor near office)..had all sorts of unfinished projects. Exposed wiring overhead on ceiling, stickers on window glass, several pieces of unpainted trim, cable box stuffed/hanging onto the back of a wall mounted tv,etc. Pool is dated/old and the hot tub is tiny and was full of soapy bubbles. But, the free breakfast was adequate, the price was right, the location was good and snappers restaurant on site with live music nightly made for a good stay. We steered clear of the pool and hot tub.

It is a property in the keys so keep that in mind. It is a bit ran down. But the room was nice with space to spread out in. The low review is for the lack of seating around the pool and beach area. The chairs and loungers that were there were falling apart. And there weren’t enough. There is a nice restaurant / bar to walk to.

A great place for the price!

This was a great place to rest and relax after a busy week traveling the Keys. A few notes: the wi-fi is strongest by the office, and hard to find the further you get from the office; the breakfast is great and bigger than other hotel breakfasts at the same price point; if you want a quiet evening, book a room facing away from the restaurant/bar next door. We had a great time, with great views and stay.

The property is old and dated, it rained and water came in under the door making the floor really wet and slick. The property did not have a sign out front so hard to find. Office on the second floor again hard to find. There was only one luggage cart so if someone did not return to base of elevator you had to go looking for it. High priced for basically a hotel room. Booked ocean view- well if you opened the blinds and stood at the right angle technically you could see the ocean but it was a view of the docks in an alcove so not as advertised. Fire way WS muddy and full of pot holes again it is a construction zone. We would not go back.

Small things missing- a microwave in the room, limited breakfast- could add small yogurt. Ran out of beach towels for 3 days. They are making improvements- we liked the comfort and quiet environment. I would stay here, unless you like large resorts and the noise

The studio room and ocean view was very nice. Staff very friendly, but if they charge daily resort fees the facilities should work. No balls for ping pong, the pool to cold to swim in, the hot tub didn't work, the seats on the kayaks were broken so couldn't be used and the corn hole box was broken. Not sure what we were paing for. Theu need to spend some money and upgrade the facilities
