Emplacement parfait

L'endroit est très bien situé à distance de marche du ferry et de la plage et près de plusieurs commodités (restaurants, dépanneurs, guichet, boutiques). La chambre est belle, spacieuse, confortable. Personnel très sympathique. La douche est le principal problème : pression variable entre très peu et peu et température variable entre plutôt froid et tiède. Chacun de nous n'a pas eu la chance de profiter du tiède, c'était très aléatoire. Piscine assez brouille à notre arrivée, mieux plus tard. Mais avec la mer à quelques pas, c'est plutôt là qu'on s'est baigné. La cour arrière est vraiment belle. Mais amenez du chasse-moustique (et ça, c'est pas que pour l'hôtel, mais pour toute l'île).

Great Hotel

Great stay. Given complementary drink tickets for the bar on arrival. Rooms clean and comfortable, restaurant onsite with a great breakfast menu. Sports bar on site where it’s nice to have a drink prior to retiring in the evening. Every single staff person we encountered was happy and polite. Class act!!

Très bel endroit et le staff est incroyable. Endroit tranquille en plein milieu du centre-ville de Holbox. Facilité pour se déplacer et aller un peu partout. Le seul petit problème était un manque d'eau froide et de pression ainsi que la piscine était non-fonctionnelle durant les 3 premiers jours... Mais aussinon, ce fût merveilleux

I woke up to a strong sewers smell in the mourning coming out of the shower, the coffee maker was there but no coffee to make. the pool didn't look tempting to go in. Everything else was ok.

No one's home.

The hotel was very well set it. It was welcoming once we found it. It is a little tucked away off the main street. Intial service was very friendly. Since we arrived early, our room was not ready so we left our bags with reception and took to the town. When we came back, there was no one at reception, no response via their direct line and we struggled to get our key and access the room. Other than that, happy with our stay.

We had a nice stay here. Very pretty facility and building. The included breakfast in the connected restaurant was great, and the restaurant staff was very friendly. We did have bed bugs, but thats not entirely in their control. When we let the staff know they moved us to a new room right away. :) The outdoor area around the pool is beautiful and has lots of small wildlife: you can spot gheckos and birds in the surrounding trees. Our water was having some issues and wouldnt work somtimes. But I think that may have just been because they were doing some work on the system. The two kitties that live there are super sweet and cute. Overall it was a nice stay, the island is beautiful!!

The hotel was the perfect place for us. Location was a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Nights were quiet. The pool and grounds were beautiful. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Location was great. Close enough to the action to walk, but far enough that it was quiet. Loved that you could hang out at their sister property’s beach club. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good location - Horrible amount of noise.

The Hotel is really pretty, the staff is friendly. BUT the amount of noise is terrible. I understand that it is located on the Main Street coming into town, but better doors and windows would have made the rooms in the front tower way more comfortable. It is not the hotel to go to if you want a few days of rest. We had to change rooms because the first room had no hot water and the ceiling fan was broken, the staff was accommodating and moved us to another room (although the second room water was barely room temp warm). Great location in regards to the ferry and the plaza, if that is what you are looking for. But again, not the hotel for some days of peace and quiet.
