The property features a fully equipped American-style kitchen with a glass-ceramic hotplate, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware. Comfort is ensured year-round with air conditioning and a heat pump, along with high-speed WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and an iron. Guests can relax in a private garden with garden furniture within a fenced plot. Private outdoor parking is available for two vehicles. Located just 2.4 km from Rodonit Beach and close to restaurants such as Saint Michelle, Octo, Arbeni, and Il Capitano (1–2.4 km), this accommodation provides both tranquility and easy access to local dining and activities. Please note: pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited inside the home, and a refundable security deposit of €250 is required upon arrival.
