The apartment was sub par at best. The toilet wasn't working when we got there, had to travel to a local wal.art to buy a plunger. There were missing outlet covers, exposed wires in boxes, loose fixture covers, the door latch to the bedroom wasn't working properly and my wife wound up getting locked in the bedroom. There were inscrt remains stuck on the ceilings, the pull out couch described as a queen was broken and unusable and the matterss on it was filthy. The response i recieved from the property owners was less than satisfactory. The saddest part is with a little bit of tlc this could have been a nice rental. I took pictures to document the conditions. Also there was an additional fee for the code to the building that is not mentioned in the description. We left after the first night of a multi day stay dur to the conditions

I couldn't stay in, cause the host said, I didn't paid an extra $90.00 for cleaning fee in advance to have the room ready at the time of the ck-in. This situation was unpleasant because it was never mentioned on the Expedia platform, and in addition, I had to urgently find somewhere to stay because I already had plans which I had to change unexpectedly.
This is a fraudulent listing because it is NOT as listed. It also does not adhere to legal and safety requirements for rental. There are multiple violations to safe and legal rental requirements.
There are multiple holes in the walls. There are multiple exposed voltage wiring. The pull out sofa was dirty, broken, and moldy. The stairs were broken. The shower had a broken sharp handle, it had no hot water, and it pooled water. There were roaches running around the kitchen. The towels were wet. There were no racks or hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. The doors were broken and did not close or open properly. The host was nom-receptive to feedback and denied all of this that I can verify with pictures.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The kitchen area had a lot of cockroaches, which made it uncomfortable and unsanitary. The property is in serious need of repairs and maintenance.
The bathroom faucets and shower were oxidized and corroded, and the curtains were dirty and stained with black marks. The bedroom sheets had holes, and even the pillows and bedroom drapes were stained, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint.
While the owner/administrator was nice at first, the communication quickly declined. The refrigerator stopped working the first night. He came to check it and told us to wait until the next day. After waiting and seeing that nothing was resolved, I reached out again and my messages were ignored. He later replied but did not address the issue at all, leaving us without a working refrigerator.
Although he initially seemed kind, the lack of follow-up and poor condition of the unit made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance, and guest communication.
This is far from a luxury condo. They should change the name to roach Motel. My family and I booked a two night stay here because we were coming from one side of the island to the other and didn’t wanna drive back back-and-forth. We actually only stayed the first night because when we came back from our excursions the second day the apartment was full of roaches. The first night we got there we saw about two roaches. We contacted Expedia to get a refund so we can go somewhere else. Expedia contacted the manager and the manager refused to give us our money back and wanted to move us to a different unit. There are only four units in this building. The vacant apartment was the apartment he came out of when we came to check in and told us he would probably be “crashing” there. I explained to Expedia the situation and how moving to the unit next door wasn’t gonna change the fact that there’s roaches in the building. This was not just your typical island cockroach. This was all different size cockroaches from all generations, babies grandfather‘s mother‘s father‘s, etc. when we came in the second night we were stomping cockroaches. We packed our things up right away and left back to the East Coast of the island. Highly do not recommend. I had to change a few things on this review because Expedia refused to post it. I will add more detail details in the comments.
“Manager” came out upon arrival demanding additional money via third party app. Was very aggressive and looked like he wasn’t well. Refused to honor our reservation unless this money was paid directly to him.

Kitchen had roaches. There was no water for 12 hours and host did nothing to provide water to unleast clean the bathroom. Dead cat in front of property. Doors were not secure. (Little push and they open.)The area is very insecure. If electricity is gone (common in this area) is a dead hole. Becuase of lack of water I informed that I was checking out Saturday and they charge me the night. Curtains in main sleeping room were filthy.

I do housekeeping for a living so i know. There was a dead water bug in bathroom. I hate those things!
Overall, not too bad. At least in my experience, the guy in charge did the best he could. Good news first. The property did have a pool, washer, dryer and a cool space behind. Your own rooms are protected with door codes that are given to you by the owner to make sure nothing will be stolen. He also came over to ask me if I needed anything. Now the bad news. Unfortunately, the room I was in was infested with insects. The common area also had a lot of bugs in there. There were dead bugs floating on the pool.
Overall, not too bad. I wish the place was cleaner.
One more thing. You may have to share the common area with a roommate.
WARNING. You might think you found the perfect place for cheap, but you are wrong. The property does not look anything like in the pictures.
The pool is in ANOTHER building that you have to walk about a mile to go to. And the Kitchen is not private, it is shared with other residents. As well as the bathroom.
The front door is only able to be opened if there's someone already else inside.
The property has loose animals including an Ostrich and there's a terrible smell of chicken poop.
The owners live on the top floor with a noisy barking dog. Also, they charge you a hidden cleaning fee TWICE.
I ended up not staying my whole paid week, I gave back the key and left to another Hotel. Also did I mention I was not given the code to my room? And when I called multiple times no one answered until I had left in my car? The other people staying also mentioned that the owners would come by drunk.
Please, Just pay extra for a nicer more trustworthy place.

Booked, had Itinerary # but no availability!
Did not get to stay. There was no availability! Worse part is that I drove 2 1/2 hours from San Juan to Aguadilla to get to the Jobos Luxury Hotel, which is not your traditional hotel but instead a 2-story building with a few apartments. Note there is no “Checkin” desk. I had to search for a phone number (not easy to find) to be told no availability even though I had an itinerary number! The person said they didn’t see it at first, then said it’s Hotel.com who did not send it?? This was a horrible experience for me, my husband who had a knee replaced And had to endure all the hours in the car and my 2 family members. After speaking with someone named “Chris”, I got snap shots of what they call the Cancelation, however it says it’s cancelled due to “customer satisfaction”. That is not true, it’s because there was no availability! I should be refunded the entire amount plus extra for having to drive back to SJ to stay.
