Welcome to this inviting 4- bedroom villa is furnished in an eclectic style; modern clean lines, a black & white theme with hints of colors. Beautiful tile floors throughout the house, high ceilings and a lot of space! From the living room, you step onto the lanai and the deck with the pool overlooking the tub and rolling terrain. No homes behind the house that block your view.

This villa is very well maintained and is fully equipped. The large master bedroom has access to the pool and deck and has adjacent bathroom with a separate shower and a garden tub. Dual sinks and plenty of storage room!

The other three bedrooms share two bathrooms. Having guest and want to make it more intimate? The dining area provides for that. There is a nice, separate living room with TV and the comfortable family room is open to the kitchen. Off the kitchen you will find a small desk area.

HD TV, free WiFi, free calling within the US and Canada. International calls will be charged.

POOL and HOT TUB HEATING is OPTIONAL. The heater is not running continuously and with colder temperatures, there is NO guarantee that the pool will be warm enough. The hot tub can be heated separately. IF requested, the fee is $25 per day. Please ask agent. Also, hot tub is for soaking, it is not a jetted spa.

Linens and towels are included in the rental price.

Screened-in deck and covered lanai to enjoy your time outdoor. Lots of deck space! Privacy is key!

We provide the first roll of toilet paper and paper towels and small bathroom amenities.

We do NOT restock the vacation villa with these items or other items like trash bag.

Walmart and other Brand Name groceries are very close by.

BBQ: we do not provide a BBQ with gas. We do provide a GEORGE FOREMAN ROUND ELECTRIC GRILL at no costs.
