This executive 4-bedroom villa is located in Lakeside Golf, Ranch & Restaurant in Inverness, Florida. Inverness (Citrus County) is part of the Nature Coast, just 90 miles North of Tampa and 90 miles West of Orlando, very close to the Gulf of Mexico.

This large villa offers plenty of space for you, your family & guests. Very well furnished and lots of space to cook, entertain, play games, relax and have some hut tob & pool time.

The main floors have tile throughout and the bedrooms have carpet, just a little bit softer on the feet. High ceilings and light is key.

From the living and dining room, you step onto the lanai and the deck with the pool overlooking the tub and trees.

The villa is located on the golf course but in a very private way. No homes behind the house that block your view.

This villa is very well maintained and is fully equipped. The large master bedroom has access to the pool and deck and has adjacent bathroom with a separate shower and a garden tub. Dual sinks and an enclosed toilet. The other two bedrooms with twin beds share a bathroom and the bedroom with a queen bed has it's own bathroom. Like a little mini-suite.

The dining area has a large table with plenty of space. There is a nice living room, open to the kitchen, with TV and access to the pool and lanai.

Off the kitchen you will find a small desk area. HD TV, free WiFi, free calling within the US and Canada. International calls will be charged. Linens and towels is included in the rental price. Screened-in deck and covered lanai to enjoy your time outdoor. Lots of deck space!

POOL and HOT TUB HEATING is OPTIONAL. The heater is not running continuously and with colder temperatures, there is NO guarantee that the pool will be warm enough. The hot tub can be heated. When requested, the fee is $10 per day. Please ask agent.

The garage has one car, but there is space for another car and also on the driveway. Please don't forget to check out the local events at Orlando and Tampa with the Parks and shopping is only a 1.5 hour drive, light traffic and after a day if fun and shopping, come back to Inverness and relax!

Your grocery store (Public and Winn-Dixie) is within 5 minutes driving, Whispering Pines Park for tennis, racquet ball, walking trails, basket ball and other sports also within 5 minutes drive in Inverness. Walmart, Office Max, T.J.Maxx, down town Inverness are also very close.

The famous horse area, Ocala, with lots of restaurants and cinemas, is about 20 minutes drive but the choice of activities makes up for it. Waterfront dining? Yes and yes. About 15 miles from Lakeside is Crystal River and Homosassa, very famous for the Manatees, snorkeling, pontoon boat rides, swimming with the manatees, airboats, kayaking and paddle boarding.

Quaint waterfront restaurants offer a variety of food and live music in the weekends. And what about the High Octane Saloon where bikers meet bikers, great music and food. Outdoor shooting, festivals, wine tasting shops, the 46 miles Rails to Trails bike trail just outside the subdivision make this a very attractive vacation for everybody.
