!!! The road through the town and therefore directly in front of the holiday park is currently being renovated, so there may be noise pollution from construction noise!!!
This beautiful holiday apartment on the 1st floor with a cozy living area with a couch corner has a TV/radio and a balcony with garden furniture. From here you can look out over the idyllic village pond of Gollwitz. The open fitted kitchen is equipped with a mini dishwasher, microwave with grill function, refrigerator, 4-plate ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Integrated into the kitchen area is a dining area with chairs. Bathroom with shower/toilet. A bedroom with a double bed 180x200 for 2 people and another bedroom with a 140x200 bed for another person ensure a restful sleep. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
There is a parking space at the house.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer available in the house. Approx. 500 m to the natural beach.
Max. 2 pets allowed! Non-smoking apartment!!!
