Beim Chech-in wurde mir nicht mitgeteilt,dass das Zimmer erst nach dem Aufhängen an der Tür bis 11 Uhr gereinigt würde. In einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel ist die tägliche Reinigung die Regel.Als ich nach paar Stunden ins Hotel zurückkehrte,war ich vom Zustand des Zmmers Überrascht,d.h. keine Reinigung und kein Handtuchwecksel.
