"The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating! The location is prime. so close to great landmarks like the legislature, Government street and many others. Very walkable, and convenient for day and night activities. The room was spacey, and very well equipped (Room with kitchen). The hallways were very quiet and most importantly, the room was clean and tidy upon arrival (bathroom included). Would most definitely recommend and stay for any future travels to Victoria. "

"I cannot rave our trip and the hotel enough: we were treated like royalty every second, I’ve never experienced service like this, and I travel often. Well, well worth the price. Special shout out to Andrew who was our server for our last supper. SO kind and funny, helped us piixk a perfect supper, so attentive. Unfortunately I didn’t get names for all the staff we interacted with, but seriously… amazing across the board "

"Great people,great hotel BUT...the coffee machine was a Nespresso and the bane of our existence while we were there. You end up making coffee every two minutes as it only gives a small cup, room service barely leaves enough pods (4 pods is about 1 real cup of coffee) and.. it's not that good. If only for the Nespresso machine we won't be returning."
