Beautiful views of the harbour. It was fun watching the harbour planes. Located close to Fisherman’s Wharf, easy walk to downtown. Harbour taxi super handy. Staff were kind and friendly. I had the cutest room with windows on two sides. Enjoyable stay.

Overall, although this property is located in a beautiful space by the harbor, I think you could do better with nearby properties. I checked in close to 10 PM and they charged me $25 for that day to park rather than pro rating or waving. In place of a one time pet fee like many establishments have we were charged an additional $30 a day. So between the daily pet and parking fees, I would’ve been better to stay at a slightly nicer establishment nearby. The room was nothing special and unfortunately, ours overlooked the roof with no view in sight. Staff were nice but clearly over it.

This is a great hotel and we will definitely be back. The service was good, cleanliness great, amenities wonderful. The only issue we experienced was the sound travelling through the room walls. We could hear our neighbours entire conversations and they were not yelling. This means they could hear us as well. I would recommend that if this is an issue throughout the hotel that they look into some sort of sound proofing.

This is a beautiful location and the hotel is very nicely decorated. There is a restaurant on site that is always bustling with guests. The views are fantastic both day and night. It us fun watching the float planes take off and land, but it gets a bit noisy as one would expect planes to be. It would be hard for me to come back to Victoria and stay at any other hotel.
