Worth a stay en route to north cape breton

Great stay for husband and I and our dog. Quiet, peaceful. Cottages are dated but clean. Queen mattress was wonderful. Did not givev 5 stars because hot water knob in shower was barely useable, ready to fall off. Kitchen faucet also flimsy. Floorboards are soft. Oven door could only be opened 10 inches due to window ledge so it prevented us from making our own pizzas. Owners obviously care about their property and we appreciate that. Overall a great place to call home as we hiked over several days in cape breton.

Property was fine, room updated, heat would not shut off, front door in Room 9 would not close, door jam and door are not aligned, large gap to outdoors allowing mosquitoes in. Also, door knob was difficult and almost could not exit. Room 9 needs work on door and ham.
