Un apartamento tipo estudio en un garaje separado. Barrio de lujo, área privada y tranquila en la península de Kitsap y el canal de Puget Sound. Dé un paseo por la playa, tome el sol y disfrute de la vista del Monte Rainier desde la sala de estar. Explore las ciudades locales con tiendas de antigüedades, arte y boutiques en abundancia, además de aventuras al aire libre o degustaciones de bodegas y cervecerías, así como excelentes restaurantes. El estudio está bellamente decorado con pisos de madera brasileña, sofá cama de cuero, sillón reclinable de cuero, TV, cocina con refrigerador bajo el mostrador. Cocina con sartén eléctrica, horno tostador. Microondas y cafetera. Perfecto para uno o dos adultos (dos camas individuales Capitán, si lo prefiere). Sólo un viaje en ferry a Seattle. 15 minutos a Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island o Kingston WA en coche. Línea de autobús cercana. El FOOT FERRY viene desde Kingston a Seattle (¡un viaje en barco de 30 minutos!) En el otoño de 2018.

Just right!

This is a lovely, very comfortable property in a quiet beachfront neighborhood! Susan is a welcoming host who has decorated and stocked the boathouse with care. We enjoyed being able to easily access the beach and the location was perfect for exploring around the Kitsap Peninsula. Highly recommend!

Lovely, Relaxing, Beach Retreat

This was my first time booking a stay through VRBO, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The studio apartment was immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our nearly three-week stay. The location—just steps from the beach—was perfect and made our time there incredibly relaxing.What truly stood out was the host’s hospitality. She was incredibly accommodating, efficient, and helpful. As a first-time guest, I had a few questions early on, and she responded right away with clear and supportive guidance. Her responsiveness gave me peace of mind and made the whole stay even more enjoyable.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located place by the beach. Amazing view and property

The boathouse is exactly as described and located on a quiet street with direct access to the beach. We had a great time visiting family in the area and looked forward to returning to our quiet boathouse each evening. Highly recommend!

Exceptional studio beach stay

We loved Susan’s place. Perched above her garage, beautifully decorated in nautical theme, she’s thought of every convenience a guest could need, neatly described, easy to find. Super thoughtful!! A 1 minute walk to the spit beach, located in a very scenic, bucolic, quiet neighborhood, this is a lovely space to take in the Kitsap Penisula. Highly recommend.

Great Stay

Not only was the location cozy and clean, but the host was also very quick to reply when I did feel the need to reach out. The living and sleeping area was spacious enough for two adults and the kitchenette was stocked as we had expected (with basic utensils and cooking capabilities). The neighborhood is quiet and secluded which was nice to return to after the day's adventures. Checking in and out was seamless too, and there were clear instructions included as well. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet getaway!

Lovely Studio Apartment (Water Adjacent)

The studio apartment was clean and provided ample room for my spouse and two young children. The host provided plenty of amenities (coffee, fruit, towels, water, shampoo/conditioner, etc) and all instructions were clear and easy to understand. We had a lovely, comfortable stay! The weather was cold to us Californians but the heater worked great, there were plenty of blankets and no issues with the hot water. Loved having access to the beach (a sandy one too!) and the beautiful neighborhood is an easy walk. We look forward to visiting again!
