It was a very clean and practical room. I was in transit with a 12 hour layover and I was able to sleep comfortably. No noise whatsoever. I recommend it to anyone.

Clean room. Stayed in Terminal 1s Hotel. Would stay again and recommend. Food court right next door and lots of things to see shopping wise. Bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Shower was hot and people were friendly. They even stored my medication in their fridge and refroze my freezer pack since this was not my final destination. Loved it.

THE HOTEL IS INSIDE THE AIRPORT BY THE GATE. NOT AT TERMINAL 1 LIKE THE NAME SAYS. Got told to go through immigration, then couldn’t go back to the hotel. Had to find another place to stay and pay for another room.

Room was very clean - bed was comfortable. The rooms are incredibly spartan, not even a window, but considering it's a transit hotel, it does what it's supposed to which is to offer convenience for a layover. The A/C didn't really work well, so I was a bit too hot for my liking but it was tolerable. There's no breakfast, so I didn't rate that, but there's lots of options in the airport for food. Overall, it was very good.

We were unable to check in due to the location. Instructions regarding this hotel are misleading. According to the representative at Swissport this is a common issue they see nearly every week. We have appealed for a refund due to improper advertising and unclear instructions.

I have been staying in the hotel several times now. I like the convenience for my transfer flight. Very quiet and clean. Only thing that I have to say is the shower drain is always slow and the water was running all over the place.
