Great Hotel in Cheonga Incheon

I visit my family in Incheon once a year and Hotel Sopra has been my go to hotel as it's close to my family and in a very convenient location. There is a 7-11 up the street along with a wonderful coffee shop (Holly's) and multiple restaurants. It's 2 blocks from a subway, too. The rooms are simple and clean. The service is kind and friendly, too.

The staff was very responsive and kind. The room was affordable, clean and spacious, and it is well situated in close walking distance to tons of restaurants, coffee shops and 7-elevens. I would highly recommend.

Staff should say hi or even just a little smile and greet ings to guests to make us more feel welcome. I get it that they might not want to engage in conversation due to language barrier but our driver did even in a real broken English at least he tried. He is not from the hotel. We hired him separately.😃

Nice stay

Nice and clean with heated tile floors and heated toilet seat with bidet. Surprised and delighted. Had room room for three with a double and twin bed.

Hotel staff were professional and hardworking. I was afraid that it might be noisy (after reading other reviews), but it was surprisingly very quiet during my stay. Two bottles of water everyday was a bonus. Close to many restaurants and convenient stores/supermarkets. Excellent stay.

Awesome

Unexpected planed trip turn out to be pleasant. Would definitely return again. Hotel is at a very convenient location. Quite ideally situated close to restaurants, train, bus, hospital etc.

There were hairs on the bed, towels looks to be clean but were worn out. Shower water was weak on spraying. Bed was not comfortable. The breakfast was about 10,000 won which is about $9 US Dollars but not worth to pay that amount. I could have stayed other places nearby that would be much lower cost per night. I would not stay again for the price I stayed
