The Can Mandol townhouse is an elegant, very spacious holiday home in Mallorca. This property redefines the concept of a townhouse and offers an urban paradise on a large plot with a variety of inviting outdoor options.







The lush, park-like vegetation creates a breathtaking backdrop for outdoor relaxation. You will find manicured lawns and various covered terrace areas, perfect for enjoying time with friends or relaxing in peace. The pool is easily accessible via a Roman staircase and invites you to take a refreshing dip. An outstanding feature is the superbly equipped summer kitchen, which includes a barbecue and offers a wonderfully sheltered atmosphere for culinary adventures.



Inside, the luxurious furnishings continue to impress. The spacious rooms exude classic elegance and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Abundant natural light enhances the living areas, some of which are adorned with vibrant colours and thoughtful accessories. On the ground floor there is a living and dining area as well as two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a dressing room. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, also with en-suite bathrooms and one with a dressing room. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, which ensures restful nights even in the warmer months.

Thanks to its urban location and excellent infrastructure, you can even do your grocery shopping on foot, for example on Thursdays at the weekly market.
