Standard inn but very clean and everything in town is walkable or a very short drive to get to. I would stay again. Water pressure was great after hiking all day!

It’s an older inn, so don’t expect a modern and spacious room. I would describe it as clean and quaint, and the staff are very friendly. Lots of parking, and close to the town of Winthrop.

The property has well maintained grounds and a good location. The Manager is new and working hard to improve the interior and exterior of the hotel which is dated. Towels and toiletries for the bathroom are great, bed linen not so great and the beds are very soft. It is walking distance to the best pizza place ever, East 20 Pizza.

It’s more basic than a Super 8 with lots of renovation refuse around the property. Internet was so slow it was almost unusable. That said, the room itself was clean, no smells, and, well that’s all there is to be said for it.

I bought the last room of the evening, and the front desk kept saying my full name to the guest in front of us because we bought the last room online. And the people in front us were upset that the sign said openings…. But said my name multiple times, my full name.

Hotel is inexpensive and provides what is expected except for bed quality. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and a full night sleep was impossible due to the sagging nature of what felt like a half inflated air mattress.

Not impressed with this hotel. They are trying to upgrade the rooms a bit but place as a whole is very run down. There was a piece of chewed up gum on the floor when we got there , lock on the door was loose and there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room which is standard procedure.

No staff on site, everything is handled through a central phone line. Room was not cleaned, popcorn still under bed from previous guests and toilet was not cleaned (don’t ask how I know). The room seemed like it was freshly renovated, new flooring, vanity, bed/mattress, and AC which came in amazingly since it was smoky and hot during our visit. Lots of parking, next to a small grocery store and only two stories tall with balconies on floor two.
