The residence is surrounded by centuries-old trees in the private park and enjoys a central and panoramic location, approximately 500 m from the sea (accessible via an underpass), approximately 800 m from the beach, and 100 m from the town center.

Highlights included: final cleaning, Wi-Fi, linen package, all consumption-based energy costs, 12x5m pool (May 31-September 15)
