The appartment is just great – spacious, gorgeous view, very well equipped. Enough space for kids to play outside in the evening and morning. We went there for about five years in a row in different appartments and will do so again in the future.

Wir durften in diesem wunderschönen Appartement eine unvergessliche Zeit verbringen. Die Lage ist ruhig, der Blick auf die Riviera traumhaft. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die liebevolle Einrichtung mit vielen kleinen Details, die für einen echten Wohlfühlcharakter sorgen. Alles war sehr sauber und die Betten super bequem.Der Weg zum Appartement war einfach zu befahren und auch mit unseren E-Bikes absolut unkompliziert. Vom Appartement aus war der Radweg schnell erreicht und auch ein Supermarkt befand sich in der Nähe, perfekt für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Einfahrt ist durch ein elektronisches Tor gesichert, was zusätzlich ein gutes Gefühl gab.Der Garten war top gepflegt und trug ebenfalls zur besonderen Atmosphäre bei. Es war das schönste Appartement, das wir in den letzten 10 Jahren erlebt haben, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung ist klasse und der Aufenthalt wurde zu einem unvergesslichen Moment.Ein großes Lob auch an den Verwalter, Marco. Er war kompetent, überaus freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Er sprach supergut Englisch und die Übergabe lief völlig unkompliziert.Kurz gesagt: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Schwachstellen

Positiv: groß, viel Platz, ruhig gelegen, wahnsinnig tolle Aussicht Negativ: hier und da könnte es sauberer sein. Oder moderner. Die Betten sind keine richtigen ordentlichen Betten. Ameisen gibts des öfteren im Haus, soll aber wohl normal sein.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer. Selbst im März war es wunderbar warm und sonnig. SAT-Fernseher mit allen deutschen Programmen, problemloses Internet. Die Wohnung ist komplett und geschmacklich toll eingerichtet. Bei der Anfahrt sollte man an der Ampel in Imperia wo es rechts nach Poggi geht die linke Spur nach dem Abbiegen nehmen und immer geradeaus fahren, nicht nach Navi. Wenn das Navi sagt „Siehaben ihr Ziel erreicht“ geht in der Kurve ein schmaler Weg links.

Eine sehr schön gelegene FeWo mit atembersubendem Ausblick. Sicht auf das Meer vom Bett aus, sowie vom Wohnzimmer und vom Esszimmer. Einzig das Bett und das Bettzeug ist verbesserungswürdig. Das Bettgestell war ziemlich klapprig und die Zudecke bestand aus einem Laken mit einer zusätzlichen Wolldecke.

Alles perfekt, keinerlei Beanstandungen. Lediglich tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge könnten mit der Abzweigung von der Hauptstrasse auf den Zufahrtsweg zur Unterkunft ein wenig Probleme haben.

Wunderschön!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Ich hatte mit meinem Mann zwei Wochen einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Im Haus ist alles sehr sauber. In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine vorhanden. Auch ein Grill ist auf der Terasse, falls man diesen benutzen möchte. Am schönsten ist es, den Sonnenuntergang bei einem Gläschen Wein von der Terasse aus zu genießen. Alles in allem: Rundum empfehlsenwert!

Jak zwykle - lepiej niż niż na obrazkach. Bardzo dobry standard, widok z tarasu i sypialni - rewelacja. Jeśli rezerwować to raczej apartament na górze. Dość stresujący dojazd do apartamentu ale do ogarnięcia. Plaża, sklepy, restauracje blisko ale samochodem. Generalnie super.

Spektakuläre Aussicht

Sehr großzügig geschnittene Wohung, Luftlinie ca. 300 M entfernt vom Meer mit grandioser Aussicht auf das Meer. Sehr ruhige Lage etwas ausserhalb auf einem großzügigen, abgeschlossenem Grundstück. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Blick von geräumiger Terrasse einzigartig; Schwierigkeiten gibt es wegen des stets starken Windes mit dem Sonnenschirm (Schirmschaft passt nicht zum Fuß; schon vor 2 Jahren in PGI132 gleiches Problem)Ausstattung sehr gut außer durchgesessene Sessel und Sofa im Wohnraum; wir wunderten uns über die nicht bereitgestellte Wäsche; von anderen Ferienwohnungen bisher unbekannt. sehr sauber und sehr reichhalt...

sehr sauber und sehr reichhaltig ausgestattet, Marmorboden, super Aussicht, absolute Ruhe, das Gelände ist sehr gepflegt, überall sind Blumen gepflanzt, sehr netter Vermieter, der für alles sorgt, was man braucht... :) Reisetipps: –Imperia Innenstadt–Bahntrassenradweg von S. Lorenzo nach Ospedaletti–mit dem Rad/zu Fuß von der Ferienwohnung die SP96 hinauf nach Poggi, weiter bis zur kleinen Kapelle an der Straßengabelung SP44/SP79, rechts halten (SP79) (ab hier wunderschöne Ausblicke auf Civezza) und hinauf bis zur Cappella di Santa Brigida, wunderschöne Aussichten nach allen Richtungen, dort kann man rechts hinunter nach Dolcedo/Imperia oder mit dem Rad/zu Fuß zurück zur Ferienwohnung
