Two bedroom condo located at The National Golf and Country Club at Ave Maria gated community with 18-hole championship golf course.
This beautiful ground floor condo backing onto a waterway and golf hole offers you magnificient views and sunsets. Many amenities including golf, full fitness center, tennis, on-site salon and spa, pickle ball and more. This condo is fully furnished and has all that one needs for a great vacation.

Minimum rental of 30 days. There is a 250$ transfer fee for Golf and HOA amenities. This will give you access to unlimited golfing (30$ golf cart fee applies), access to pool, fitness center, Tiki-bar, Pickle Ball, Tennis courts...

Resort style pool and satellite pool are scheduled to open soon.
Please allow minimum 14 days for HOA approval.
