A No smoking Property. No pets. This property has a $1000 security bond payable at time of check in. This is fully refundable if no extra costs are incurred as a result of your stay. Linen is provided in good faith and costs of any damages or losses will be deducted from the security bond.

A $1000 security bond is payable on or before key collection, keys will not be provided until this is paid. Security bonds are held in trust and refunded within 7 days of your departure to your nominated bank account. Please note if a termination is warranted due to failure of adhearing to the terms and conditions of your stay including the quiet hours policy the security bond will not be refunded.
