Een panoramisch uitzicht

Ligging mooi met panoramisch uitzicht over vallei met meertje. Schoon huis: voor 2 tot 3 personen geschikt. 1e verdieping prima; goede keuken en badkamer, huiskamer met balkonnetje, 2 slaapkamers met (te) harde bedden. Begane grond: onprettige keldergeur, wel koel. Bedlinnen versleten. Inrichting gedateerd en zou gemoderniseerd moeten worden. Terras nodigt niet uit, Tuinmeubels in matige staat. Mooie omgeving, heel rustig, prima basis voor tochtjes naar Bodensee. Eigenaar vriendelijk.

Einmaliger Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig.Ausserdem war das Warmwasser und die Heizung nicht ausreichend für die Größe des Hauses.Insgesamt wirkte alles in die Jahre gekommen.Die zusätzlichen Stromkosten waren überraschend hoch,ca.110Euro für eine Woche.Positiv hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Ausblick und die Lage am See.

Horrende Nebekosten

Wir hatten im Januar fast 130€ Nebenkosten für den elektrischen Strom obwohl wir in den Betten gefroren und kaum geduscht hatten. Ineffektive elektrische Heizung und kaum isolierte Fenster und Wände. Vom "Alpenblick" ist praktisch nichts zu sehen. Für die Quallität (keine Mikrowelle, ...) ist die Hütte viel zu teuer. Die Bilder täuschen!

Gemütlicher Urlaub

Wir verbrachten einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und tun alles um einen entspannten Urlaub sicher zu stellen. Alles hat super und einfach geklappt vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist genial und die Lage auch sehr schön, man kann direkt loswandern oder radeln. Zum Baden sind es auch nur ein paar Gehminuten runter an den See.

Kommen gerne wieder

Kleine rustikale Hütte die an die Urlaube in Österreich erinnert, schön mit Holz innen verkleidet. Modern eingerichtete Küche und Bad, so wie drei schön urige Schlafzimmer, meine zwei Jungs und ich haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Im Umkreis kann man sehr viel erleben so das wir jeden Tag in max.30min Fahrzeit immer etwas anderes erleben konnten. Kommen gerne wieder !!!

Tolle Lage - mehr Ordnung im Garten nötig

Super Lage, freundlicher Empfang, viel Platz, schöne Küche, nur das Haus und besonders der Garten könnten in Teilen eine Renovierung und besonders der Garten mehr Pflege vertragen! Der Ruschweiler See ist ein Traum, es gibt aber nur einen recht schmalen Zugang. Fußweg vom Haus 10-20 Minuten, je nach Sportlichkeit! Der Ilmensee hat ein sehr schönes Strandbad. Die gaststätten am Ort sind gut!

Rückmeldung zur Unterkunft

Gute Lage, Blick auf den kleinen See, es kann gebadet werden. Entweder grad im kleinen See oder 2km weiter im Illmensee. Bäckerei im Dörfli. Gutes Brot und Backwaren. Fahrräder dabeizuhaben ist von Vorteil. Das Haus ist wirklich alt und im Keller ist es auch im Sommer kalt und es muss regelmässig gut gelüftet werden (Feuchtigkeitsgeruch).

Kann nur bestätigen was Urlauber vor uns schon für eine Bewertung abgegeben haben .Das Anwesen war total verloddert ,schmutzige Töpfe und Pfannen konnte man nicht benutzen, .Spinneweben überall .Sonnenliegen konnte man nicht benutzen .Dieses Ferienhaus kann man nicht weiterempfehlen ,deshalb sind wir auch 4 Tage vorher schon abgereist
