House in a gated community with 24 hour doorman 02 parking spaces uncovered. A charming American kitchen with an island and a dining table for 6 people, with an open concept of living room.
All integrated environments.
Being two bedrooms but one of the bedrooms and a very large mezzanine which I have 5 beds.
The other bedroom and suite with air conditioning.
A small yard with a tank and clothesline.
In front of the house a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool.
