Très bel endroit mais...

Séjour en février 2025. Le site est très calme à 700 m d'altitude et 10 minutes du centre d'Icod, très joli. Sentier de randonnée au pied de la maison. Nous avons adoré les petits-déjeuners au soleil sur une terrasse atypique avec une vue superbe : la mer au nord et le Teide (encore légèrement enneigé) au sud. Maison vraiment typique et très belle.Cependant, l'annonce est incomplète et voici ce que nous aurions aimé savoir avant d'arriver :- la cloison séparant les deux chambres ne va pas jusqu'au plafond : absence d'intimité- la nuit est fraîche en cette saison (10-12C). Le logement est chauffé mais pas le salon qui reste froid. Il y a bien une cheminée mais il n'y a pas de bois à disposition ni en vente. Le propriétaire nous a proposé d'en récupérer dans la forêt, malgré l'humidité en cette saison. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de cette pièce pourtant très bien mise en valeur dans l'annonce- la salle de bain n'est pas chauffée non plus et toujours froide- l'annonce indiquait un lave-linge mais il n'y en a plus depuis le Covid (information du propriétaire). Le Covid est pourtant fini depuis plusieurs années- le réseau mobile est très faible voire inexistant dans certaines pièces (pas de wifi)- l'accès à la location est épique et il faut être en confiance sur les routes de montagne :dénivelé important et passages sur cailloux et trous. SUV à prévoir pour plus de sérénité- En louant une casa rural, nous pensions être accueillis par quelqu'un. Hélas : boîte à clés

"Maison ancienne très agr...

"Maison ancienne très agréablement située entre mer et montagne. Grand calme. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire qui avait prévu pour nous un petit en-cas bienvenu vu notre arrivée tardive. Seul bémol: pas beaucoup d''ustensiles de cuisine; une passoire, un couteau à pain, un égouttoir à vaisselle seraient utiles. PS: mon modeste niveau d''espagnol m''a empêchée de faire de ces points mineurs au propriétaire."
