We found ourselves on an unusual mezzanine floor between the second and third levels, which was a bit inconvenient given the number of suitcases we had due to our canceled flight. Navigating the stairs with all our luggage was challenging, but the front desk staff were incredibly helpful when we checked in. Despite the inconvenience, the hotel's staff were exceptionally lovely and accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful and, even though it was a last-minute booking, it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and well-suited for families. The staff went above and beyond by assisting us with our luggage and even providing breakfast at 4:30 AM to ensure we could catch our rescheduled flight. Their dedication and kindness truly made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and family-friendly accommodations.

Beautiful property and view. Our rooms were always clean. Taxi drivers were just a a block away. A small market was just across the street. Everyone was very friendly. We had such a good experience.

Wonderful stay

Hotel was very nice and check in was fast. When we entered the room it was big, bright, and "looked" clean until i went to use the shower, where i found many hairstrands hanging from the walls. Clearly, housekeeping didn't clean the showers, which i find disturbing. Im still grossed out. Front desk agent moved us into another room. Supervisor apologized in the morning. Im shocked that they didnt offer us anything for our inconvenience, not even help to move our luggages. There are a flught of stairs we had to use for both rooms.

Avoid - 1 star youth hostel at best.

Terrible. The hotel lobby looks like a youth hostel. That is the standard of the place. The photos are terribly inaccurate. It is dirty, lots of broken things around the place, generally very unattractive and rundown. Often no one on reception and no one answering the phone. No basic facilities that even a youth hotel or 2 star hotel would have. Depressing. The room was up several flights of stairs with no elevator. Google map the location - it is a rough area with nothing around - not pretty. It says sea view - but it is far away not front line so sea is in the distance over buildings, concrete and car parks. There is no where for taxi to stop to even taking luggage out and back is a nightmare. You are paying 3/4 star prices for a 1/2 star at best hotel. When I arrived - the pool was closed, there was no food or drink at all available in hotel - the reception suggested I order delivery on an app. The room wasn't ready. I left and they still took all the money.
