    Uma casa simplesmente incrível atendendo todas as necessidades, com excelente estrutura , sem contar que tem um acesso a represa maravilhosa ! Casa muito limpa e estruturada, proprietário Antonio super atencioso, podemos realizar uma visita na casa e logo em seguida passar o fim de semana, o caseiro Silvio, muito atencioso e prestativo. Sem duvidas vale muito apena locar e como disse ao Antonio eu e minha família pretendemos voltar

    Eu e minha família amamos a chácara! Tudo muito bem cuidado! Estávamos em poucas pessoas, por isso só utilizamos uma das casas por opção. As casas são simples e limpas, possuem todo o necessário para uma estadia confortável. A área externa nos deixou apaixonados, vistas lindas e um sossego maravilhoso! Proprietário e os caseiros são super solicitos e nos responderam prontamente quando necessário. Super recomendo!!

    Amei minha estadia , o dono da casa Antônio super solicito, simpático e ficou sempre a nossa disposição. Fomos em 20 pessoas comemorar o aniversário do meu esposo e todos se acomodaram super bem . A casa e incrível, limpa, organizada e bem equipada a área de lazer é maravilhosa e atendeu a todos os hóspedes. Super indico e em breve voltaremos.

    Tivemos um excelente final de semana. Fomos bem recebidos no imóvel. Tudo estava muito limpo e arrumado... Tivemos um problema com algumas tomadas, mas o caseiro prontamente fez os reparos necessários. Fomos em 15 pessoas, e ficamos muito confortáveis. O lugar é simplesmente lindo ! Recomendadíssimo... certamente voltaremos. Obrigado !

    O sítio é muito bonito. A vista espetacular. São duas casas que estavam bem limpas. Na parte da churrasqueira tem um freezer enorme que dá conta do recado com tranquilidade. Nem precisei de cooler para as cervejas. O deck na beira da represa tem um ótimo espaço e uma vista muito bonita. O proprietário e o caseiro são muito simpáticos e facilitam a estadia. Com certeza voltarei.

    Maravilhoso

    são 2 casas espaçosas, acomodam 20 pessoas confortavelmente, 3 quartos em cada casa sendo um quarto suíte com cama de casal e 2 quartos com 2 beliches cada com colchões novos e confortáveis, churrasqueira com freezer, fogões e geladeira nas duas casas, 4 banheiros com chuveiros elétricos, salão de jogos, tudo à beira da represa, com muito verde e contato com a natureza, pier particular para acesso a represa. O proprietário Antonio sempre muito atencioso e preocupado com nossa satisfação, já havíamos ficado na casa anteriormente e ele providenciou assinatura SKY, uma Tv de LCD para uma das casas e até uma piscina uma piscina de 5000L para quando desse preguiça de descer até a represa...kkk, levou em consideração algumas melhorias que propomos e efetuou todas. O caseiro Jhonny muito gente boa, sempre a nossa disposição. Gostamos tanto, que vamos voltar pela terceira vez no carnaval, mas pra ficar na outra casa do Antônio que fica vizinha, pois estaremos em menor número dessa vez. Valeu Abibi !!!

    Muita área verde, extremamente bem cuidada e de uma beleza única. Lindo lugar para curtir a natureza na beira da água! A represa é deslumbrante, com um pôr do sol que é de frente para a casa, com o sol morrendo na água! As casas são charmosas, aconchegantes, limpas e com tudo ajeitado.     Passei o final de semana no sítio com alguns amigos , estávamos em 20 e a casa acomodou muito bem todos. O Antônio nos atendeu super bem, passou todas as informações e dicas que solicitamos.     A vista da represa é espetacular

    Estivemos no feriadão de 01/05, aproveitamos muito, o espaço é bem distribuído, a área da churrasqueira é boa, os quartos são bons, são duas casas "gêmeas". O diferencial para nós foi a represa. Quando chegamos sentimos falta de cadeiras, estávamos em 20, que logo foi resolvido pelo dono, que foi muito prestativo e atencioso.

    Um ótimo lugar para descansar!

    Lugar muito bonito, imóvel impecável, muito limpo e aconchegante, fui com minha família cerca de 20 pessoas, e todos curtiram estar no imóvel. O Local é conforme as fotos no anuncio. Pegamos um final um pouco chuvoso, mas isso não nos atrapalhou de curtimos o lugar. Recomendo, e com certeza retornaremos em breve. Dono do imóvel e o caseiro nos atenderam muito bem.

    Lindo lugar

    Gostamos muito da casa: simples, mas funciona. O local é muito bonito. Contratamos a caseira para nos ajudar e foi ótimo. Pontos negativos foram: um vizinho muito barulhento e desagradável. E o acesso que poderia ser mais fácil, apesar de ser Ibiúna, a estrada é ruim, então acaba demorando um pouco para chegar.
