Room was spotless, staff was polite, friendly and courteous. Stayed for 8 days and every morning at the breakfast buffet my special requests were catered to. I had asked for my sambar and coconut chutney to be made with no chillies as I have GI issues and cannot eat spicy food. Chef Rick and especially chef Ankit made sure my requests were met in addition to also making sure I got my coconut water everyday. Chef Ankit made me different delicious upmas every day for my entire stay. My filter coffee was also made every day according to my specifications. Robin Sahay stopped by my table every day to make sure I had all my needs met. On the day I was leaving I was given a special send off at lunch by a few staff members who gifted me a picture frame and complimentary cake and dessert. I was touched by the gesture and left with warm and pleasant memories of my stay. A huge thanks to the staff and Chef Ankit for making my stay so enjoyable! Hope to come back again!

Had a good experience and the stay was pleasant and no doubt about it. Did a last minute booking so had to get whatever was available, so got an okay room. However, it felt like staff are not so friendly at the pool. Busy gossiping with each other than giving out information when I asked for little information about pool and changing rooms. Breakfast was awesome. Huge selection and a lot of options to choose from. Masala tea and south indian filter coffee is highly recommended and they are a must try. Will I come back to the same hotel!! May be no coz there are very good deals available at the same price. It’s just an honest opinion.

The toiletries, dental kit were of very low quality. The hotel doesn’t provide with cotton swabs. I thought been a five star they’re suppose to provide with basic amenities. The stay was ok.
