Holidays under thatch in the Stormstadt Husum 4 STARS ****

Historical turn of the century 1900. Dismantled in 1988 and rebuilt with the historical materials. Due to the history of the house, the clear passage height of the inner doors is 185 cm. There is a second entrance to the garden via a covered terrace.
Bicycles brought in can be found in the garden shed. The house is located
on Friedrichstrasse, which leads through the district of Rödemis.
It is a 5-minute walk to the train station, to the city center and to the port
the beautiful street cafe`s 10 minutes on foot.

Ein wunderschönes altes Reetdach-Haus, sehr geräumig, rustikal mit alten Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Küche ist absolut komplett bestückt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher ohne Aufpreis, was längst nicht selbstverständlich ist. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die überdachte und windgeschützte Terrasse. Gleich hinter dem Haus geht ein kleiner Pfad Richtung Husum-Innenstadt, in 10-15 min ist man zu Fuß an der Hafenprommenade. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter hat den Schlüssel personlich gebracht und abgeholt.

Entspannte Auszeit in wunderschönem Reethäuschen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im "Waterkrog" sehr genossen! Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, sauber und vor allem total gemütlich. In jeder Ecke gibt es etwas zu entdecken, sei es passende Dekorationen oder Informationen über die Geschichte des Hauses. Die Lage ist super, sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch zu Fuß ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Obwohl an einer recht viel befahrenen Straße gelegen, hat man im Haus kaum etwas davon gehört. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr nett empfangen, besonders toll war der Abhol- und Bringservice vom und zum Bahnhof! Zudem erfährt man, wenn man möchte, viele Informationen zur Renovierung des Hauses - sehr interessant!

Herzlichen Dank, lieber Kurt Nissen, dass wir in diesem freundlichen, charmanten und perfekt ausgestatteten Haus Gast sein durften! Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich klasse!!! Super sauber und eine sehr, sehr gute Ausstattung. Selten so viel Geschirr, Besteck usw. in einem Haus gesehen. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle, Kaffemaschine, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Kühlschränke usw. Wirklich eine topp Ausstattung, auch in den anderen Räumen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die überdachte Terrasse. Dort kann man auch bei Regen sehr gemütlich sitzen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und angenehm. Die Enrfernung zur Innenstadt von Husum ist kurz. Es gibt einen kleinen Schuppen, in dem man Fahrräder unterstellen kann. Fazit: Man kann diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Absolut klasse!!!

Super Unterkunft!!!

Das Haus ist super schön und perfekt für 4 Personen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist außergewöhnlich gut (Küche, Bad mit Handtüchern, Waschmaschine etc.) und die Einrichtung sehr gemütlich. Auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter kann man unter der überdachten Terasse den Abend ausklingen lassen oder man sitzt im geräumigen Wohnzimmer zusammen. Vor der Tür sind direkt zwei Parkplätze, im Schuppen kann man Fahrräder unterstellen und die Innenstadt ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Herr Nissen war sehr gastfreundlich und wir konnten uns jederzeit an ihn wenden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Ein Traum

Haus Waterkrog ist einfach ein Traum fuer alle die im Urlaub Erholung suchen und dabei am liebsten doch alles so wie Zuhause haetten. Mein Mann und ich waren begeistert von der Ausstattung, der Atmosphaere und auch der offenkundigen Liebe zum historischen Reetdach-Haus. All diese liebevollen und aufmerksamen Kleinigkeiten wie Decken auf dem Sofa, Adventsdeko und -Gestecke in Wohnzimmer und Kueche, uvm. Toll! Wir waren mit der Bahn angereist, und ganz geruehrt dass Herr Nissen uns tatsaechlich vom Bahnhof abholte, und uebrigens auch wieder hinbrachte. Praktisch alles ist in fusslaeufiger Naehe im 10-Minuten Radius. Das oeffentliche Streckennetz ist sehr gut ausgebaut, und man braucht wirklich kein Auto um schoene Tagestouren zu machen. Schleswig z.B. ist nur 30 Minuten per Zug entfernt. Fuer Sommerreisende ist die kleine ueberdachte Terrasse zu erwaehnen auf der man sicherlich wunderschoen den Tag ausklingen lassen kann. Fuer uns jetzt als Winterreisende leider keine Option. Wenn moeglich, kommen wir sicherlich gerne wieder.

Zentral gelegenes Strohdach-Ferienhaus in Husum

Wir waren in Husum zu dem Poppenspäler Festival. Das Haus von Herrn Nissen liegt sehr zentral in Husum, ist aber auch weit genug vom Touristentrubel entfernt. Da wir unsere eigenen Fahrräder mitgenommen hatten, war uns eine sichere Abstellmöglichkeit wichtig. Diese haben wir im Geräteschuppen gefunden. Von dem Haus aus kann man sehr gute Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad, Auto und der Bahn machen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen großzügig bemessen, so dass man es auch im Haus bei schlechtem Wetter sehr gut ausgehalten kann. Herr Nissen ist als Vermieter sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
