Perfektes Ferienhaus für die ganze Familie
Wir wurden herzlich von der Verwalterin empfangen und fanden ein toll ausgestattetes, gepflegtes Haus vor. Die ideale Lage ermöglichte uns bequeme Einkäufe zu Fuß. Die Sauna im Haus war super! Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank an das Team!

Haus und Lage hervorragend
Haus wie beschrieben, Küche prima ausgestattet, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und extra kleiner Gefrierschrank einsatzbereit, Waschmaschine 7kg!!! und großer Trockner!!! Geräumige Zimmer schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, genügend Kleiderbügel(Seltenheit!), großes schönes Badezimmer im DG, extra Dusche mit Wc im EG mit Tageslicht!, hell und gemütlich zum Wohlfühlen, extra Kaminofen im WZ, Spiele und Bücher vorhanden, große Küche, Gartenbestuhlung und Liegen mit bequemen und sauberen! Kissen sowie großer Schirm und sehr großer Garten komplett eingezäunt für Kinder und Hund ideal. Allerdings nicht geeignet für Hunde welche gerne über mittelhohe Zäune springen!
Ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine wurde umgehend von der Eigentümerin und der Hausverwalterin gelöst. Die Kommunikation klappte problemlos sodass wir einen unbeschwerten Urlaub mit unserer Colliehündin hatten. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Speiselokal Magisterhof in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus sowie die Gassiwege um die Ecke oder bei Hitze im nahegelegenen Wald. Für Hundebesitzer toll. Der örtliche Nahkauf ist hervorragend bestückt und ein Ausflug nach Husum oder Nordstrand um die Ecke. Für Radfahrer liegt das Haus ideal.

Schönes Haus und wünderschöner Garten aber e
Das Haus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und hat uns vom Mobiliar sehr gut gefallen. Der Garten ist mit Hunden ein Traum und auch wir haben uns ein paar Mal in die Sonne auf die Terasse gelegt.
Im Grunde haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, dennoch gab es ein paar Sachen die uns aufgefallen sind und wir anders erwartet haben.
Beim beziehen des Häuschen haben wir in einem Schrank eine vergessene Hose gefunden. Ein ekliger Benutzer Putzlappen lag unter einem Kissen auf dem Sofa und überall an Decken und vor allem in der Garderobe hingen Spinnweben hinab. Im unteren Badezimmer hing ein Duschvorhang der sich im unteren Bereich durch Schimmel schon rosa färbte. Generell roch das untere Badezimmer immer muffig. Die Seife im unteren Bad war leer und mussten wir selber kaufen, das bereitgestellte Klopapier reichte auch nicht bis zum Schluss. Am zweiten Tag merkten wir das der Kühlschrank nicht richtig funktionierte und sich immer abschaltete. Zum Glück konnten wir die Vermieterin schnell erreichen und am selben Tag kamen noch Handwerker, die das Problem beheben konnten.
Das untere Schlafzimmer ist zur Straße ausgerichtet und gerade in den frühen Morgenstunden wurden wir doch immer mal wieder von lauten Traktoren oder schnell fahrenden Autos geweckt. Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf sollten deswegen lieber in den oberen Schlafzimmern verweilen. Das obere Bad ist sehr schön, auch wenn die Rohre sehr gluckern. In der Küche gab es leider keine Geschirrhandtücher und ein paar Schneidemesser sollte man sich eventuell auch mit nehmen. Ansonsten ist die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar Sachen zum Backen. Das Personal bei der Schlüsselübergabe und -Abgabe war sehr kühl und knapp. Am letzten Tag gab es nur ein guten Morgen und dann verschwand sie schon im Haus um die Strom und Heizkosten Abrechnung vorzunehmen. Kein „wie hat es ihnen gefallen?“, „hatten sie einen schönen Urlaub?“, aber gut, das waren wir bloß anders gewohnt und ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache.
Insgesamt hatten wir aber doch eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus, trotzdem waren wir besonders im Punkt Sauberkeit nicht zufrieden, wenn man bedenkt, dass die Endreinigung 100€ kostet.

Sehr schönes Haus!!! Das Haus liegt ideal für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten
Schade nur das Wetter nicht so mitgemacht hat. Eine kleine Anregung wäre wenn ein paar Decken vorhanden gewesen wären, da das Wetter leider nicht so ideal war, wäre eine Decke zum draußen sitzen ideal gewesen. Es hat aber ansonsten alles gepasst.
