It was very disappointing to note that upon arrival at this property, it didn't look like it did on the website. No white lounge and the photos reflected 4 bedrooms, when in fact there were only 3 available, with one bedroom not being suitable for one of our party. I booked this property after I saw the photos and it would have been highly suitable for our group. However, the photos on the site are misleading. I contacted the host upon arrival as we couldn't connected to wifi. Anna arrived very promptly to try and fix the wifi. We then had a discussion with Anna stating our disappointment with this property and that it didn't reflect what was advertised. Anna was wonderful and understood our dilemma. She sourced another property in the area for us to move into that same day. It was extremely suitable and in a lovely location. Anna was, at all times very courteous and efficient. I have been booking properties via Stayz for many years and this is the first time that we have had a problem like this.
