A Desert Oasis

The property was a welcome retreat after a long day in Zion National Park which is only a 40-minute drive away. The property looks very new and is an oasis in the desert with beautiful views of the mountains. The room was HUGE and the beds were very comfortable. Wish we had more time to check out all the amenities.

I asked where the “Guest Laundry” was located and the girl told me “there is no laundry for the one bedrooms” another time I asked to have my used towels picked up and was told that they do not pick up towels until we check out. We had a weeks worth of used towels that we were told had to stay in the room. It’s very disgusting. They made us feel like second class people because we only rented a single bedroom. My husband and I are retired and don’t always travel with our kids. We didn’t need more than 1 bedroom but would have liked to wash our clothes. Needless to say, we will never be staying at that establishment again.
