Suite Retreat is a comfortable condo located within the Coral Springs Resort. This resort community is located right off the I-15, its central location is perfect as an epicenter to countless adventures! Just minutes from Sand Hollow State Park, many beautiful golf courses, ATV trails, Tuacahn Center, and Zion NP.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 12 people. Unwind on the wrap-around couch in front of the indoor fireplace, or choose instead to soak the day away in the jetted tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and includes a Keurig. The Master Suite is off the patio, with a walk-in shower and a very generous closet. The other two bedrooms are off the living room and share the additional bathroom, with plenty of counter space. The private balcony features a perfect outdoor spot to assemble, equipped with a BBQ, seating and dining area, and an outdoor fireplace.

Your stay includes access to the Coral Springs Resort Clubhouse, located within the community. You will find indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs. The outdoor pool is heated seasonally and the indoor is heated year-round. There is a fitness room, which boasts treadmills, ellipticals, universal equipment, exercise balls, free weights, and more! There is a full tennis court and a basketball court.

Living Area
Open kitchen seats two at the counter. Stainless steel appliances with glass top electric stove. Fully stocked cupboards include a griddle, blender, Keurig w/ pods, drip coffee maker, and electric skillet. The dining table accommodates 4 guests, and the living room has a sectional couch, Smart TV w/ Roku, and a gas fireplace.
The private outdoor patio has a gas fireplace, BBQ grill, ample seating, and an outdoor table accommodating 4 guests. The covered parking garage has assigned stalls. Park in unit numbers only or in spare parking surrounding the condominium.
