Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke, bed sheets were stained, 1-inch gap between the door and the fooor let a cold draft in, light switch for the bathroom was partially in the shower, the bathroom cabinet door was falling off, the walls had knife marks in them, the office did not have posted hours, instructions to checkout if no one was staffing the office was to drop the keys in an unsecured mailbox, and calls later in the day to confirm they retrieved the keys were sent straight to voicemail.

The windows were open and could shut them the cranks were gone. There was black latex gloves on our bed. We got one bathtowl, two hand towels and a dirty washcloth. Because I have hair down to my butt.I got the bath towel and my husband had to use two hand towels for the shower. When we tried to go to the office, it was closed. There is no telephones. But they also need to update their linens.Cuz, they were so thin that they looked like something that we would all throw away.

Fiance and I were supposed to stay three days but didn't even stay the first night because of the disgusting state of the room. It smelt horrendous, the hallway was basically a cloud of cigarette smoke and body odor. The betting felt disgusting and two of the four pillows were a urine shade of yellow, none of which looked even close to passible for sleeping on. All electronics for the room were run through a single power strip, so cords were snaked all around the room, including over doorways. That power strip was not plugged in when we arrived, so the air conditioning and refrigerator were not running. Due to the air conditioning not running, the air was stagnant and disgusting, reeking of smoke in a non-smoking room. The refrigerator had defrosted and was also leaving a terrible odor in the room. We had to check in late, went up to the room to check it out, and instantly decided that there was no way we would be staying there. Luckily we had some family in the area and just stayed with them. When I went back in the morning to try canceling the next two nights, understanding that I most likely would not get a refund for the first night, the receptionist, who told me about 20 times that it was his first week of training, told me that he could not give me a refund and I would have to contact the parent company and hotels.com, neither of which have replied to any of my messages.

Nobody at desk to check us in. Waitef 45 minutes finally someone who lives there got us to our reservation. Floors uneven throughout, pot smell lingering everywhere. Shady traffic in and out all night, as folks are living in this place. 4 cars in the small lot without plates. Never again!!

The hotel is closed. No guests allowed. However, there were some people occupying the property who were generous enough to tell me that the city pulled the license from the hotel. Nothing like showing up to a town far from home with a reservation that was booked months in advance, only to be told that you have nowhere to stay! Great job!

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights through Expedia. Showed up day of check in only to find door to hotel locked and a sign posted they are temporarily closed. We were never notified in advance of arriving and no one has answered calls yet they took our money upfront! Garbage outside and old equipment laying around. Did not look very good at all from the outside.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

This place is terrible. The parking lot is full of litter and cigarette butts. The rooms were dirty with cob webs all over the place. The pictures posted are so old the place looks nothing like how they actually look. There is no outlet in the bathroom. I thought the ceiling fan was going to come down and hit one of us, it shook so bad. There was also some shady busines dealings going on as well. Management was friendly when we first arrived. When i dropped the keys off, i said good bye and he grunted back at me. There was nothing they could of done to make the stay better. All near by hotle/motels were either booked our the prices were raised due to it being near the 4th of july holiday. Very unsatisfied customer

Paid for a room, office was locked, no refund yet

I booked 2 nights here weeks in advance for the fourth of July weekend. Showed up to a locked office door with a sign saying "Sorry system is down, not accepting guests," followed with their corporate number, which I called and was on hold for 30 minutes, then hung up on. I reached out again through email. Still no refund after 3 days. It isn't just this OYO location, all OYO locations have been to are super sketchy. This app needs to start refunding customers directly if they are going to advertise questionable rooms to their customers.
