We have booked the hotel through expedia . At reception they didn't let us to check in. They didn't accept our booking or confirmed voucher. The cancel the reservation and must pay in the new rate which is double price. We called expedia agent 3 hours international phone calls trying to find a way to have our rome with same paid and confirmed price. Even our handy cap poy status couldn't help. After 3 hours we bekame all very sick so we paid the high amount to get in the 3 rooms we booked. Now are looking for a trip to san fransisco ,we have a good price by expedia but we don't trust expedia anymore. The didn't even want to refund the amount which we pay at the hotel. No more this hotel No more expedia. We

Bij aankomst bleek dat er een verschil was in het hotel en resort. Het resort is een kleiner gebouw naast het hotel dat je op de foto's ziet. Is ook veel minder luxe met kamers met als je geluk hebt zeezijzicht. Bij aankomst werden we wel netjes naar het juiste hotel gebracht. De kamer was op zich redelijk, alleen jammer dat het bed voor de kinderen niet was opgemaakt en we een paar keer bij de receptie om beddengoed moesten vragen voor we alles hadden. Het lukte ons ook niet om de bedbank uit te schuiven. De eerste nacht hebben de kinderen bij ons in bed geslapen. De schoonmaker was wel echt geweldig en heeft de volgende dag het bed opgemaakt. Als je een fooi achterlaat maakt hij ook de mooiste creaties met handdoeken. Alles werd echt heel goed schoon gemaakt. De douche was wel kapot waardoor er kleine straal uitkwam. Het eten (all-inclusive) was ok, vooral het live cooking met eitjes en pasta station was populair. Verder veel egyptische gerechten die iedere dag hetzelfde waren zodat je al snel een paar favorieten hebt en buiten iedere dag een wisselend buffet. Het aqua park was echt heel indrukwekkend, met veel zwembaden, diverse glijbanen en overal toezicht. Waren genoeg bedjes, sommige wel beetje gammel, ook al mag het niet toch werd er handdoekje gelegd en af en toe werd je aangesproken voor verse fruitdrankjes of excursies. De kinderen vonden het strand geweldig, helaas niet aflopend zoals op de foto's maar een meter erg steil met kiezeltjes en daarna het zand.

Das Hotel ist neu und funktioniert nur 2-3 Monate. Das Personal ist nett. Die vorherrschende Sprache ist Englisch. Nur ein Manager kann Deutsch sprechen. Das Meer ist etwas weiter, weil in der ersten Reihe befinden sich zahlreiche Schwimmbäder. Es gibt auch viele Schwimmbäder für Kinder. Man kann ein Zimmer im Hotel oder Bungallo buchen.Der Restaurant befindet sich unten und ist seit geraumer Zeit geöffnet, was sehr angenehm ist. Das Essen ist gut und abwechslungsreich.Außerdem kann man das Essen und Trinken jeder Zeit überall bekommen. Das Hotel ist sauber. Man kann eine gute Massage günstig bekommen. Hurghada ist ein bisschen enfernt und man kann die Stadt mit Taxi erreichen. Taxi kann man gerade im Hotel buchen oder von der Straße nehmen.Es gibt kein Intenet, nur Wi FI im Lobby, ist leider etwas langsam, aber das ist für Ägypten normal.
