The hotel is great, im not sure why people have given it a low rating. Overall it was a great stay! The road is being all.re done with bricks, alot of work indoor/outdoor ... the beach is great, place is Excellent..

The property is brilliant, hygiene to clean, neat tidy. Beach access is brilliant they have a private beach infront of you. Nice sitting area, for children a small park, Great Staff excellent. Clean, neat,tidy! Infrint if the hotel you have a whole street of resturants, excellent staff so far as we rebooked again.

Not the best... but reasonable value

The room was not like the photos. It was tired looking but clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is down an unmade dusty road which is not well lit. The restaurant is on the main road, not attached to the hotel. No water supply to the room which they did fix. On the first morning I asked where to have breakfast and was told I was not entitled to breakfast although my booking print out clearly said it was included, but they allowed me breakfast the first morning. I waited 30 minutes for breakfast (1 slice of cucumber, tomato, cheese triangle, small omelette, 2 flat breads) no water/coffee. I paid for a coffee which arrived half an hour after breakfast. The restaurant does not seem to offer food at lunch or dinner time, but there are lots of other places to choose from. I used the beach once and was shouted at for sitting in the wrong place although there were no signs. No housekeeping/bins emptied. Hotel staff never got back to me about breakfast as promised. Airport transfers offered - I sent them numerous messages requesting shuttle on arrival but got no answer, so made my own arrangements. Air conditioning very old and inefficient, so noisy it was impossible to have it on at night. Noisy at night due to the big hotel's entertainment close by For the price it was not awful, but lots of niggles and unfortunate attitude of staff. Luckily I was diving most days so only had to sleep there.

Terrible place

Booked three rooms in this hotel, all rooms were extremely dirty, dusty, sheets like never changed. AC smells bad, sea view its true but 5 min walk away. The stuff all time is extremely careless, zero motivation. At the beach you can not use the first row sunbeds, those for the owners, the area was empty but you can imagine how they appreciate the paying hotel guest. The whole place is a joke

Uma boa opção com acesso à praia sem custo

O local é silencioso e o quarto era limpo. Estava perfeitamente organizado para nossa chegada. Espaçoso. Reservei um quarto triplo pois o anúncio “sugeria” que tinha vista para o mar e seria no andar superior. Porém fiquei em um quarto no térreo e com vista para o estacionamento. Neste sentido faz-se propaganda enganosa. Fechamos sem café da manhã e pagamos separadamente e nos dias desejados. Não entendi direito o “espaço” do hotel, há também moradores que moram no mesmo “endereço/condomínio” e possuem a acesso à praia, mas isso não foi um problema, em sua maioria eram idosos ou famílias. Recomendo muito o local, na praia tem também um restaurante com opções de refeições, aceita cartão e gostamos do preço. Nossa única frustração foi não ter vista para o mar, e sim para o estacionamento, além de não possuir Wi-Fi no quarto. Segue foto da praia. A região do hotel tem mercado, farmácia e vários restaurantes. Recomendo

I liked the help at the check in and the check out. When we found out we had a broken fridge, it was solved within a few minutes. I also liked the option for breakfast, i just think that the restaurant should learn some rules about serving food. The housekeeping will clean your room when you leave your key at the reception, thats what we were told. We tried it once, but nothing was cleaned, so i decided to do it myself (i keep my promises)... Just a tip for the hotel: because you are so close to the beach/sand, maybe a sweeper/dustpan on each room isnt such a bad idea.

Zimmerservice (ab10 Uhr) erfolgt nur nach Aufforderung und man muss anwesend sein. Reinigungsmittel selbst besorgt. Z.B. Auch keine TOILETTENBÜSTE. Zustand der Bausubstanz und Möbel sehr abgewohnt oder gebraucht. Handtücher werden abgezählt und nur einein mittelgroßes ausgehändigt. Wi-Fi nur an der unfreundlichen Rezeption. Weigert sich ein Taxi zu Flughafen zu rufen. Als BILLIGE Unterkunft OK. Gutes Arabiches Frühstück, Restaurant c.a. 150m bis zur belebten Straße, sehr preiswert (unter deutschem Betreiber) Kleiner Strand sehr gut. Allerdings öffentlich.
