DITCH THE HOTEL!

What a nice home that walking distance to downtown. This home is fully renovated. It does have a washer and dryer so no need to go out for washing clothes. It is close to 6th Ave, easy access to I-565 and to the Beltline. It is hard to beat the price of this house. Way better than staying at a hotel. Such a great value!

The kitchen is truly a nice one. Love it

Fishing tournament

Perfect location five minutes from the landing. We were able to park the boat in the driveway.Everything we needed was there and we had room to spread out when we weren’t fishing. Just what we were looking for!

Nice stay

This house is a quaint, old, nicely renovated home. Floors and surfaces were clean, it is stocked with necessary kitchen utensils for cooking, and neighborhood is quiet (although there was a rooster crowing in the distance one morning). Beds were comfortable and A/C worked well. I enjoyed the front porch in the morning because the neighbors have a bird feeder and some terrific birds came for breakfast.

Nice little place

We were in town for a family wedding and this house was perfect for my family. It ended up being just a few minutes away from everything we planned to visit. It was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. When we go back to decatur in the future, we will definitely rent here again

Great area / accommodations

I am a walker so it was a very good & safe area for walking. I especially loved Delano Park. The house was very comfortable and had everything that we needed for our 12 day stay. The area is easy access to grocery stores and delicious restaurants. I will definitely stay there again if I am back in the area.
