The room was absolutely spotless! Don’t let the look of the outside of the hotel fool you! We had stayed in the double Queen suite one night and the king bed room the next ! Both were spacious and beds very comfortable! I highly recommend this motel! The Staff was very friendly and very reasonably priced! !

The room was very clean but unfortunately previous guests smoked in the room. The smell un the bedroom was strong and the air conditioner (which was needed in the hot humidity of July) was rancid with the stench’s of old cigarette smoke. It was so late at night when we got there I didn’t change rooms. I don’t know what the staff could do to prevent people from smoking. A shame

Whitman Motor Lodge is an old style motel. The property is in pristine condition and very convenient to the surrounding towns, restaurants and shops. I would recommend it and definitely stsy there again if I visited the area. Staff very friendly as well.

Betty is SO SWEET!

Betty is so sweet, I think she’s the owner. She’s there 24/7. A real old school motel with room doors opening directly onto the parking lot. 1/2 the price of anything else in the area. Looks like it was redone yesterday; all tile & marble in the bathroom. Super comfy bed. Betty was surprised that I hadn’t stayed there before. They must get tons of repeat customer who I would assume are contractors for a bunch of the high tech firms in the area. So much nicer than I expected!
