This farmhouse more than 300 years old was renovated for you in 2015. No matter whether you would like a skiing or hiking holiday, or simply to relax on a short stay, this holiday house is the right choice and is ideal for either a short getaway or a longer stay with friends or family. You will be staying alone on a very simply furnished old farmhouse. It provides 150m² of living space, ideally for twelve people. The chalet has central heating provided by a pellets stove in the rustic lounge. The cosy kitchen in a rustic style on the ground floor is heated with a wood-burning stove and is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. There is plenty of space for everyone at the big dining table, whether it is for breakfast for a good start to the day, or for dining after an exciting day. One of the bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms with a shower and WC are also on the ground floor of the house. The second shower room and the other bedrooms are on the upper floor. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed of a standard width. The second room can accommodate seven people, comprising two double beds and three single beds. All the beds have a standard width. The third bedroom has a double bed of a normal width, a French double bed (140cm wide), and a standard single bed. The fourth bedroom provides a double bed and single bed of standard widths, so that the house can accommodate a maximum of 17 people.

The site is not fenced, but dogs are allowed to run around freely. There are ten guest car parking spaces by the house. The new highlights are the big panoramic sauna, which is accessed from the terrace, and the new bath barrel in the garden. Enjoy the view from the sauna and relax in the tub. In winter snow chains are essential for accessing the house uphill (3.5km). Internet access (30 Mbit/s), bringing a pet, firewood and use of the sauna are already included in the rental price.

The nearest shopping facilities are down in Hüttau. You can spend your holiday as you please, either actively or lazily. It is easy to get to the ski resorts in the Salzburg sports world Amadé, with 870 kilometres of well-prepared pistes with modern lifts. The house is also an ideal starting point for hikes in the surrounding mountains with many inviting mountain chalets, for historical trips to castles in the Salzburger Land, or places of interest such as the largest ice cave in the world, “Eisriesenwelt”, or a trip to the unique Grossglockner scenic high road.
