We stayed only 1 night when at Hue and it has been the best hotel so far. The main issue with hotels in VN is the AC. We stayed in the 17th floor and had 2 connected rooms. Everything was great. Bed spacious and very comfortable, working AC that actually turn the room cold, spacious bathroom. Also the great breakfast was a plus. Different western and VN food options. Highly recommended!

Large rooms. Great breakfast. Pool was adequate. Covered so nice and cooling but always quite busy. Rooftop bar had great views but as in any flash hotel was expensive evenduringhappy hour. Gives 3 keycards. One for each of us and one to keep the AC on while we were out. Fantastic

We've stayed here three times, the first time in 2019 and twice in 2025 (with a gap of one day in between). Each time it was a wonderful experience. For example, on the day of our first check-out this time, my wife had a cramp on her leg that she could not walk or even move. The hotel staff sent a wheelchair, and another staff member to help with the luggage, all came within a short time. On the day of our second check-in, they sent two staff to bring some fresh fruits, and a warm, hand-written note. This is personal, I would say, and took their service to a different level. Overall, it was an absolutely wonderful experience.
