This is an apartment on the 8th floor with two bedrooms. The problem is that the floors are very dirty. It seems that the cleaning service only removes trash but never washes the floors. My daughter walked outside in white socks, and they stayed clean. However, within 10 minutes of walking around the apartment, her socks turned black. The floors are so sticky that our feet literally stick to them as we walk. It feels extremely dirty. These apartments are advertised as being oceanfront with their own pool. However, this is not the case at all. Access to the beach requires going to another building through multiple entrances and exits. During our stay, the communal pool was out of service, making it impossible to swim either in the ocean or the pool.
