The hotel was very shabby for its cost. Changed our king room and put us in a double in their musty basement (1st floor) with plants completely blocking the window. The check in person was not accommodating, having changed our room. Minimum amenities, wrinked sheets, 3 coffee pods in the room which did not get replaced by room service. Again something you would expect from a much less expensive hotel.

BED BUGS – BEWARE! I planned to spend just one night here while passing through and immediately found live bed bugs on the king bed upon arrival. I even took a picture and tried to show the front desk, but the staff refused to look at it, almost as if they already knew. This isn’t just disappointing it’s a health and safety issue. If cleanliness, honesty, and basic hospitality matter to you, avoid this place at all costs.

It’s decent - a marriot - cool vibe, nice room, however the hallway seemed a bit rundown, carpet slightly musty, doesn’t look as new and fresh as in the pictures but still a decent stay for the cost

The Wick is conveniently located literally across the street from the Hudson NY Amtrak rail station. My room was very nice, spacious, with comfortable bedding and lighting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my stuck entry door and it was immediately addressed. Bathroom was very spacious - good water pressure and quality amenities. I had a full American breakfast in the lobby area and it was tasty. I felt safe as a solo traveler - not that the property is at the end of a cul de sac and very quiet. Would highly recommend staying here.
