Welcome to The Gulf Oasis waterfront retreat, 10-minutes boat idle ride from the house to the open Gulf. This newly remodeled 3BR, 2BA home sleeps up to 8 and features a pool, hot tub, private boat ramp, floating dock, kayaks, fire pit, beautiful landscape and plenty of patio space.
Enjoy kayaking, boating, fishing, and even dolphin or manatee spotting right from your backyard. Inside, you’ll find bright, comfortable spaces with smart TVs—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Welcome to our beautifully remodeled 2,000 sq ft home, spread across two lots and wrapping along the corner of the canal. Here you can enjoy a relaxed Florida life style vibe.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together in an spacious layout with views of the pool and canal. Stocked with everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy. Smart TVs are available in all bedrooms and The main living area.

Blackout curtains in all bedrooms help block Florida’s bright sunshine for a restful sleep any time of the day.
A futon in the main living area provides additional sleeping space for 1 guests.

Additional Guests: Beyond 8 guests, $25 per person/night.

You have full access to the house, patio, deck, pool, hot tub, floating dock, and private boat ramp. The Boat lift is not accessible.

Pool: Take a dip in our beautiful, newly built pool, designed with plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Pool maximum depth is 4.5 feet.

Hot tub: Unwind in the soothing hot tub, located next to the pool. It's the ideal spot to relax and take in the mesmerizing waterfront views. Hot tub is operated by a control box. Spa max is 103 degrees. The hot tub seats up to 6 people.

Patio: Enjoy outdoor dining and entertaining in the comfort of the covered patio with plenty of seating for everyone. The outdoor dining area is equipped with a propane grill for your use.

Floating Dock: Enjoy direct water access from the private dock—perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking, and exploring nearby waterways.

The private boat ramp makes it easy to launch your boat into the Gulf without fighting the crowd at the public ramp.

Fire pit: Spend calm evenings gathered around the fire pit, where the flickering flames and waterfront setting create a perfect, relaxing atmosphere.

It is a 10-minute idle ride from the house to the open Gulf.

Bring your boat!
Guests may bring up to 2 boats, not to exceed 24 ft in length. However, only 1 boat can be parked on the floating dock at a time. If bringing a boat, guests MUST sign a waiver. Canal depth: 5–8 ft depending on tide. The water levels and depths fluctuate significantly based on local tidal movements. It is strictly recommended that boats are launched from the private boat ramp only when the tide is at or above 1.5 feet above mean low tide. Details must be shared upon or immediately after booking.

Ride the wave into vacation mode with easy self- check-in! You’ll receive your unique door code by text 24 hours prior to check in. Your code will unlock the fun starting at 3:00 p.m. on arrival day and will swim away at 10:00 a.m. on checkout day.

Early Check-In/ Late Check-Out: We do not offer late check-out as our cleaning crew arrives promptly at 10am. If early check-in is desired, you may inquire on the morning of your arrival. If we confirm the home is available earlier, you are welcome to start your fun earlier.
