Checked out within an hour of checking in. Hotel is recently renovated which seemed positive. However, cleanliness of linens was certainly not. Bed cover had dirt/stains as if someone put their dirty shoes on it. Opened the sheets of bed 1 and found what looked like bodily fluids. Opened the sheets on bed 2 and found hair and dirt (not really sure what it was). Family in a different room had the same issues. Went to front desk and asked for clean bed linens. Didn't even unfold them all the way and saw the same issues (hair and what looked to be dead bugs). Packed up and checked out. I have traveled a lot - worst experience I have ever had with the cleanliness of the linens.

The inn was nice although the staff cleaning the property had zero personal hygiene. I could smell them down the hallway. Not pleasing as they are the staff cleaning the rooms we stay in.

Hello, I apologize if one of our staff wasn't cleaned up properly, we run around all day tending to maintenence, laundry, cleaning, dishes- just all out busy, sometimes things here get a little hot and we just work through it. So sorry if this bothered you! I am glad though that our facility was nice for you and we still earned a 5/5!

When we walked in to check in, the lobby was clean and smelled fresh. The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly. Actually every time we saw an employee they smiled and said hello. Everything looked to have been recently updated, the carpet and wall color. The only thing I would say slightly negative is to have larger bath towels. But the ones provided were clean and absorbent. I say this about all the hotels is that it would be nice if there was a swivel magnifying mirror in the bathroom. It's hard to lean over with a bad back to put make up on. Beds were comfy and room clean.

First time i have had to give a bad review. breakfast advertised until 9am when my wife went down at 840 there was little left. she mentioned it and came back in 10 minutes and nothing had changed. staff person just shrugged. if you are saying breakfast until 9, live up to it. especially when a guest mentions it.

Dear Guest Thank you for staying with us. it was pleasure to have you as our valuable guest. the breakfast is set for 3 hrs as the rules and regulation of the motel. most of all the hotels motels and inns with limited, mid-scale or economy services has a set time of 3 hrs of breakfast. our facility is segment mid scale but we provide more items which mid-scale provides, then just its requirement which is (coffee, donuts, muffin and juice). sorry for small Item left breakfast which accommodate 10- 15 people at a time and we are smaller facility so within 3 hrs of time guest can have the breakfast. At left in 10 min to finish breakfast we assure always enough food for Guest.also in mean time we did not want waste all food. About Employee shrugged we contact same day and apologize Three time Sent you Message for inconvenience Once Again We are Sorry For Any Inconvenience we hope You enjoyed our Facility we hope to see you in Future to serve you
