Scam property - host cancelled our booking 24 hours notice & tried charging c100 “admin fees”

Booked this property for New Years Eve. Messaged on 29th Dec to request confirmation of sixth bed and property access instructions as hadn’t heard anything. Took 24 hours to respond without answering my question about the sixth bed. Then at 8pm on 30th Dec I was informed that “due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to cancel your booking”. Went through refund process in the app and was advised I’d be refunded minus the additional feels which totalling almost 100. VRBO informed via a lengthy telephone call and a full refund was given.. However the property was still being advertised as available on NewYears Eve
