The property was fine... the location of the room provided was probably the most disappointing. The window overlooked a wall. My least favorite was the desk clerk. Every time I asked a question I felt like I was putting her out. I did not feel very welcome. I ALWAYS stay at this hotel when I visit. I will consider other hotels from now on. I booked the katahdin room for my daughter’s baby shower and she still had attitude. Felt like I wasted almost $300 on this visit .. very disappointed

Unfortunately you booked through Expedia/Travelocity and chose the fully handicap accessible 2 queen room, which is a larger room for wheelchair access, but unfortunately looks onto the portico on the front of the hotel. I liked that they change up the breakfast offerings each day. Bed linens are nice. Very quiet heating system.
