Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, parks, public library and more! Access to the waterfront walking path is in the parking lot. Enjoy the beauty of the Portage Lift Bridge!

This suite is located on ground level. Spacious bedroom and living room. Bedroom has a large closet, all linens and towels provided. Window unit a/c in bedroom. Smart Tv in living area only. Kitchen is well stocked. High speed fiber optic wifi.

So much to see along waterfront. Enjoy the views of the Portage Lift bridge and gorgeous views of the sun setting. Bring your own bikes or firewood and enjoy the waterfront path. (Public firepit area next to Portage Library). Many photo props along the path and painted murals to see. Walking distance to Chutes & Ladders park where there is paddle board and bike rentals, ice cream, corn-hole and more!

1 parking pass provided for duration of stay. Must be returned to suite upon check out. **Please pay attention to designated overnight parking area during winter months **

This suite is in a great location and a bunch of restaurants are only blocks away. The beds, sofa, and chairs were all comfy to hang out in and the kitchen (as well as the whole suite) looks modern and is well lit. It is just a short drive to Mt Ripley and also the Maasto Hiihto xc ski trails and Michigan Tech xc trails and is 1 hr from Mt Bohemia. This is a great place for a couple to stay.

Everything was great and comfortable. Information provided was a great help, location was nice. Could hear footsteps upstairs during the day, but we weren't there much during the day. Could use a black out shade in the bedroom just for the street lights as as options. Since it is a basement, it was a bit dark with only one window in the bedroom, but worked well for us.

After 3 days of 'living rough' in the Porcupine Mts, we were delighted with this suite! The apt was CLEAN and modern. Bed was super comfy and linens were wonderful. Provided coffee, filters, spices--a nice touch. Within easy walking of shops, restaurants, park and Canal pathway. It was odd not to have any windows [the 1 in bedroom had A/C unit in it] or balcony--but there was a public courtyard next door and Canal walkway with benches/tables, steps away so it really was fine. A little noisy at times at street level, but the 'white noise' machine in bedroom was great. Be aware parking is across street in public lot. Excellent accommodation, would absolutely stay here again!!

This property is exactly as advertised. The lighting is fantastic and well thought out. As someone who likes to sleep with the TV on, it is worth noting there is no TV in the bedroom but I slept really well.

Well Appointed, One Window

There is only one window and it's in the bedroom. Well appointed and comfortable. Easy walk to downtown stores and restaurants as well as the waterfront. Waterfront deck with bar and stools is across the street by the parking lot right on the waterfront. Worked for us because we enjoy the area and things being within walking distance.
