Great place!
This house is super clean and very well taken care of. The decor is nice too. We were visiting Hot Springs so it was a bit of a drive but that was not a big deal for us and we knew that when we booked. I would say the only negative we had was not being able to renter through the back gate. We went to a pizza place very close to the property but to get back to the house we had to drive all the way around back to the front gate and all the way back to the house. It would have been so much faster if we could have gone back through the same gate we left out of.

First of all, the pictures for this property does it no justice. The house was very clean and very accommodating for my family. It’s a bit secluded, but didn’t matter since everything closes around 7pm anyway. That just allowed us to plan our activities accordingly. It’s located in Hot Springs Village, which is a community that is self sufficient. It has its own stores, fire department, recreation center, pool, a lake, boating, golf and much more! This listing is on a gulf course as well. I would recommend this property to anyone. It’s not the place for you if you’re looking for convenience.

Everything was great until the ac went out. VRBO was quick to send someone out so we weren't too long without air. The house was clean but noticed that the ceiling fans aren't being cleaned. Overall was very satisfied with the house.
