Escape to this welcoming condo in picturesque Hot Springs. With 3 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and twin-size sofa bed, this excellent property is perfect for a phenomenal family getaway or perfect for multiple couples. The master bath is equipped with amenities like a hair dryer and walk-in shower. The second bath is equipped with a tub/shower unit. Towels, wash cloths. and hand towels are provided. All paper products are also provided. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, heating, and a washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen has all the necessary appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and dish washer.

This unit is a stand-alone 1500 square foot home within a condo complex. That makes this unit extremely quiet with no immediate neighbors above and beside you. Beyond the bedrooms and baths, the unit has a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. However, the highlight of the of the property is the wrap around covered porch that faces Lake Hamilton just a few yards away. The view is awesome! Sunsets are glorious on a clear night!

The complex has a pool with lounge chairs and a gazebo. It also has a tennis court and a basketball goal. This unit has a private drive with plenty of parking. The lake side perimeter of 2500' has a wooden boardwalk perfect for afternoon walks. The complex has its own boat launch and may have slips available to rent at any of the three boat docks.
